The wording below is a working draft. It sets out the structure and the substance we intend, and is awaiting review by our legal advisers before it takes effect.
This site is largely static and uses very few cookies. Those it does use fall into two groups.
Strictly necessary
A session cookie that keeps a quote request intact if you navigate away mid-form, and a preference cookie that remembers whether you chose dirhams, sterling or rupees and square feet or square metres. Both exist to stop the site forgetting what you just told it.
These cannot be switched off without breaking the pages, and they carry no information that identifies you.
Analytics
If you consent, we set analytics cookies that tell us which guides are read and where visitors leave. We use this to decide what to write next, nothing more.
Refusing them changes nothing about how the site works for you.
Third parties
We embed no advertising, no social trackers and no chat widgets. WhatsApp and telephone links open your own applications and set nothing on this site.
How to refuse or remove them
Use the banner when you first arrive, or clear and block cookies for this domain in your browser settings. Either route is respected; there is no second banner to argue with.

Tell us the property and the date. A fixed fee comes back the same working day.
